We were pleasantly greeted on entering the store,by Luke, Kelly and Caitlin. Luke then sorted out details for our Cruise,and, also sorted us out with another cruise for later in the year. All done whilst chatting with us and answering our queries. Caitlin and Kelly were also having a good talk with us making it a very pleasant experience. Wouldn,t go anywhere else, and thoroughly recommend this branch of Hays.

We went into the travel agents to pick up our boarding passes and while there just asked about flights to Zante. Actually booked holiday to Zante for September with excellent flights

Freindly and helpful staff no hidden charges

Well we’re to start from the moment we entered the shop we were greeted with a smile and everyone we came in to contact will were so friendly and polite we booked our trip to Disney land Paris to take our granddaughter to she has been through a lot since November that we decided to try and make her happy . After a family bereavement. The staff member s helped us plan our trip top marks to all the staff members that helped me and my wife. As our granddaughter has no idea about her trip

Excellent service from Luke (Oldham branch) he ensured we got the 25% discount from Ambassador cruises even when they insisted there was no such offer available. He phoned them twice to sort it out and saved us £4000 Excellent job
