We were very happy with the constructive help and advice we were given. We were listened to. Our needs were ascertained and refined until we got the package that fitted our needs and budget.

Jillian helped us book our first cruise together and made the everything so easy. She explained things perfectly, answered any questions we had and helped us pick all our extras. We even got a coffee. We were there almost 2 hours going through the details and it was a really enjoyable process. Can’t wait for our cruise.

Myself an my husband have always travelled with company(friends) and our friend always dealt with the paperwork at the airport but unfortunately we are travelling just the two of us this time so we have to deal with the paperwork an it’s quite scary, the you gentleman who we saw was very helpful in everything that needed doing and he has also put my mind at rest and is going to show me what papers are for what ,I will definitely be recommending your company to everyone that asks about it

From the minute we arrived all the staff made us very welcome and our holiday was booked at our chosen destination with requests added etc.It was all done very professionally whilst we still managed to add a little humour into our visit...we would definitely recommend this company to make your booking!

Friendly customer service made to feel that you where making your own decisions no pressure to book there and then. The only down side was the wait whilst the travel adviser spoke to holiday suppliers.

Jillian was patient and helped us eventually decide what we were going to do, which was very different from our original plan. We were in the store for around 3 hours! Appreciated the coffee too.
