Effective, pleasant and professional.
The customer service I was provided with was excellent. I was supported to book a flight for the dates I wanted and the staff member helped me to download the flight tickets/boarding passes etc electronically (which I am not familiar with). She did this in a very effective, pleasant and professional manner.

Great service and lovely staff. The staff at hays northfield are really helpful, always reply in a timely manner and will do their best to help you tailor make your holiday. We’ve booked 3 holidays with hays northfield and have always been really happy with the service, no job too big or small. Couldn’t get the hotel we wanted as we would have to go direct to on the beach Harry was brilliant found us a hotel within our price range which was better than the original hotel we wanted Harry was so helpful polite and professional all questions were answered without hesitation we had a really good experience
