Always use hays but was abit disappointed that the holiday i found on the 2nd of jan went up on the 3rd the day i booked the hol and the girl couldn’t match the screen shot pic i had of it so had to pick a different hotel to meet our budget

Great experience
Great communication, friendly customer service. Lady called Jude Helped and advised regarding what I was looking for. I then Got booked up for where and when I wanted to Go away at a reasonable price with Amie. Both fantastic at their jobs. Also made sure I was covered for parking at airport, seats, inflight meals, transfers, luggage, travel insurance. Very happy all done in one go.
