Sally was professional, yet friendly. Efficient & made the booking process easy and hassle free.

Sally was very patient as we researched our fly drive to south africa , then came up with an excellent range of options for us. Could not fault the service.

Excellent, competent service by Sally. Walked out of the agency with all requirements met- flights, coach and hotels all booked.
However, very disappointed with price quoted for insurance.Just being 74, with no consideration given to our overall good health and fitness levels has meant we did not accept it.If other reputable insurance firms can accept us, after asking about our health etc I feel Hayes could be a lot more competitive. We were seen as soon as we arrived. We were looked after by a trainee, who was confident and fully up to speed with the systems. A supervisor looked over to check she was coping- she very much was, but it was great she was being looked after. She got us exactly what we were looking for, at a good price. I’d spent quite some time on the internet before we went, and got lost in the options. She did everything for us. She’ll even check us in and get our boarding passes for us before we go. It was all so easy, and good value. We’ll be back…

I connected to Hayes Travel on Face book....i saw a deal for New York for November 2027 so I called the number....i spoke to a lady called Emma....she was very polite, helpful and very professional.....Emma told us everything we needed to know about the booking including some tips about booking trips....she even had knowledge about New York with was very helpful....would highly recommend the service I got from Hayes Travel through Emma....let's hope the actual trip doesn't disappoint
