As always a first class customer experience booking our holiday to Porto with Hayley at the llanarth street branch Newport , always goes the extra mile to research hotels and flights and come up with an excellent package and everything to meet our holiday requirements . Everyone at the branch is always friendly and professional , we have booked a number of holidays with Hayley and is always so efficient and knowledable and takes the stress out of booking and putting a holiday together . A great service yet again
A great service yet again. I always know when I visit my local hayes travel agents I will leave with a holiday. The efficient and helpful way the staff deal with finding me the perfect break is amazing . They know what kind of holiday I am looking for as I've been going there for so long and treat me as a friend and always find what I need.
I recommend hayes to anyone who mentions holidays and have good feedback from friends and family. Well done girls in the newport swales shop 👏
