( morpeth branch ) our travel agent is usually Robyn she's lovely and very helpful she knows our budget and what we like and over the years we've book long haul cruises & European holidays and with Hays we have not been disappointed

Advising us of forthcoming suitable cruises recently meant that we were able to book two further Fred Olsen cruises on day of issue.

We've booked holidays here for last four years, as the staff are so friendly, extremely helpful and take the time to explain everything, the service is excellent, also the location in Morpeth is so convenient.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by all the girls working there. They all said hi to me, I was served by Joanne and she was very helpful. Everything was organised easy from flight to coach to hotel - Same for the return journey.

We had a great experience with Robyn and Natalie, they could not have been more helpful. Boy did they know their stuff. They found the right dates and flight times that suit us. My Husband has never had so much fun handing money over !!
