We met Gracie when we went into Hays Travel’s Moreton Branch .
She was very helpful in finding us a holiday in Portugal .

We waited until the seats / transfer formalities were booked a few days after we booked our holiday and I am pleased to say that Gracie-Mae was totally professional and talked us through every part of our holiday meticulously.
