Outstanding Customer Service
What made my experience great was Yvonne. I came into the store wanting a city break but wasn’t sure where to go. She took the time to talk me through a variety of different holidays, taking into account my needs and wants before settling on a city break to Paris. I couldn’t believe the outstanding customer service provided by her and will certainly be back again.

Fantastic friendly staff at the Milngavie branch. You can sense their togetherness as a team and clearly have a wonderful manager. The calmness in the branch and the friendly way Yvonne handled my enquiry and booking exceeded my expectations. I have booked online the previous years. After yesterday I fully intend to keep things more personal. This experience provided great reassurance and offered competitive value.
