Service was good, but I now regret booking as I cant download your app & am concerned this may cause ne problems when in resort.

I've got 3 holidays booked this year all through Hays travel Mapperley Nottingham.
The staff are all so helpful and knowledgeable they organize everything for me which takes away any stress.
I would recommend using Hays for any holiday requirements.

The young lady we saw had a difficult job, trying to satisfy the needs of my partner, but she stuck with it and we came away having booked a holiday.

We always go to Hayes as the staff are so helpful. Re our recent visit. We knew where we wanted to go and they helped us find a suitable hotel. Different staff have helped us over the years and the service is always brilliant: they listen to what we want and then deliver in sourcing different options to choose from.
