My husband and myself always use Hays Travel for our holidays as it is a stress free way to book. The agent (Primrose) put us at ease and was really friendly and made the booking for our coach trip and as always was smooth and easy, we will always use Hays Travel and recommend to all our friends and family.

We already had a good idea where we wanted to go for our holiday. Michelle provided us with a competitive price for the holiday we wanted and also sorted out our requirement for additional legroom on the flights. Michelle is very friendly to deal with and seems very knowledgeable about the subject. Many thanks.

Excellent customer service with very knowledgeable staff. They made the holiday booking experience simple and me consider possible obstacles and challenges to my holiday. Helping me navigate these would provide a better holiday experience than booking a holiday on my own.

Anna was very efficient. She was very adept in the use of the systems that quickly allowed us to compare the options we were interested in. She was very thorough and professional. To cap it all off she was a lovely, friendly lass.

Keep going in two or three times and when I’ve made my decision, Anna did the paperwork and things and she was also very good and said that she was put it on to Natalie‘s account, which I thought was very nice. A good experience all around really and very helpful.
