Friendly/helpful staff as always

Once again the service I received from staff in Maesteg was exceptional. My booking for a solo holiday was carried out efficiently and expeditiously by Tracey. I know that booking through Hays means that there are people I trust who are on my side whenever I need them.

Rebekah was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. Having personal experience of the cruise we were interested in, she gave me confidence to go ahead with the booking.
She was also very patient with the two customers she was serving before me, who didn't really know what they wanted.
Despite the shop being busy, Rebekah didn't rush anyone and gave each customer individual attention. She also apologised for the waiting time to be served.
