As always, Lucy provided excellent service, making sure she got the best possible deal and room option for me and my husband who uses a wheelchair. She gave us a wealth of information about the cruise ship we had booked and also provided help finding suitable port parking and details about wheelchair accessible port excursions. Lucy is really friendly and having travelled all over the world herself can usually give first hand knowledge and advice. 10/10 from me 😊

Yet another holiday booked for this year through the totally capable hands of Lucy Roberts. Without fail every year she has made our search for a suitable wheelchair accessible hotel,travel and destination easy and stress free for us. Lucy is so pleasant and has so much patience making sure everything we needed for our comfort and enjoyment was taken care of . I can't thank her enough and will always put our future holidays through her knowing they'll be taken care of as professionally as all the others .
