First time I’ve been to Hays travel agency and it certainly won’t be the last I felt at ease and was found a beautiful holiday thank you.

The 1st desk ahead of us when we walked in was a young girl, she gave us a big smile and welcomed us. we set about sorting our holiday out and Scarlett our young girl was lovely, very patient and kept us chatting away while we waited on call backs etc. would 100% recommend and go back to hays and especially Scarlett

The travel agent was very helpful, and she was eventually able to book the holiday we wanted. However, we had found our holiday on-line (Hays holiday) and thought it would then be very easy to book that through Hays in person - it was not - it seems that the holidays available online do not link up clearly with the information available to the agents in the high street(???). This seems crazy

Took twenty minutes to find exactly what we asked for. We only called in to see what was available and walked out with two weeks Christmas holiday in the sun. That suited all we had asked for.

As always the staff are very helpful and always sort us out. What I like about Hays Travel is you get the full package. Being older we haven’t got the confidence to book anything on line so having everything done for you from start to finish is a bonus.

I think Scarlet was the main reason are experience went so well

Their regular contact Joanne quickly and effectively processed our parallel bookings for our holiday in 2027. All achieved, including downloading the Hayes App to follow the holiday over the next year.
