I can't thank Linda from Hays enough for the incredible support and care throughout the planning of our trip. From start to finish, Linda was absolutely amazing—nothing was ever too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly organised.
Linda’s personal recommendations made all the difference—each suggestion felt tailored just for us and added so much value to our experience. Thanks to Linda's expertise, we discovered places and activities we might never have found on our own.
Every detail, from accommodation to excursions, was thoughtfully planned, and we felt completely looked after the entire time. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely passionate about what they do and so committed to making your trip special.

Linda was brilliant in her knowledge and recommendation with options for booking our flights. She went through all options available making it quick yet clear and not an overload of information. Customer service was excellent and her warm manner makes you wish you could talk about travel and holidays all day! We will definitely be in contact with Linda again for future trips!

Excellent service
Linda provides a real personable experience, never found it so easy to book a holiday. Speedy responses and she thinks of everything! Amazingly quick turnaround and her advice and guidance has been invaluable as we head on our first ever cruise! Cannot recommend highly enough!
