Dan was very helpful and looking for holidays over a couple of days keeping us informed all the way through. Booking was simple and straightforward with Dan.

Helen at the King's Lynn Hays Travel branch was absolutely brilliant and booked us the perfect first cruise to the Norwegian Fjords for me and my family. She took care of everything including sorting out a hotel booking for the day before, travel insurance, parking and any extras we needed. Everything was taken care of, making it stress free for us. Can't recommend her enough, she went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much we had a wonderful time x

Dan the assistant manager was great with lots of advice, explained as he went through every thing, e knew where we wanted to go and were given a good price, so well done he. HE is a credit to Hays in Kings Lynn.

I roughly knew where I wanted to go on holiday so Kia looked it up and gave me a price but it was a bit more expensive than I saw online so she asked her colleague if she could match the price for me and they did. I was very pleased with the whole of the booking process and Kia was very friendly and helpful.
