Judith was lovely to talk to by phone. She got back to us by email and phone, gave us options for our request, worked out everything that we couldn’t do ourselves online (with a combination of flights and luggage) & then everything was booked! Thank you so much Judith!

Such a smooth process with Judith, sent her an email with available dates , she responds straight away. She follows up with a phone call to discuss options etc, get holiday booked quickly and all confirmation documents sent directly to inbox.
