Jo was knowledgeable and found options to suit within our budget. The whole process was very easy and I find it reassuring to still book through a travel agent I can speak to if I need to. Have used Jo many times and will continue to do so as it makes the whole process easy

This is the first time I have used Hayes Travel and the that of an experienced travel expert Joanne Goddard. From our first contact to the point we booked with Jo, the service provided was exceptional and not for a penny more than the price of our holiday to Greek Isles.
