Jo goes above and beyond every time. I gave her details of what I wanted got prices and options back straight away but due to being ill didn't get the booking sorted. Received a message from Jo few days later asking how I was and that she had been keeping her eye on prices for where I wanted and got a better price! Booked and sorted within minutes. Jo books all my parents holidays but this is the first time i’ve used their service & can’t fault it. I sent over a list of hotels I liked the look of and Jo guided me to which was most suitable for my toddler as she has visited a lot of the hotels herself to be able to give advice to her customers. Even with date changes due to my partners leave not being granted Jo took it all in her stride and we found a new deal which she price matched to one i’d found online. Thanks Jo for all your help.
