Tiffany was extremely helpful and advised us on booking a long haul flight to Australia. As we'd never booked long haul before we wanted some guidance and support to do this. Very haapy with the flights we booked.

The young man that served us was extremely polite and exceptionally good at his job, his knowledge helped us both choose a fantastic hotel at the best possible price. Me and my wife are both in our mid sixties and haven’t been on holiday for several years, we were both a bit nervous, we needn’t have worried at all.

We were looked after by Sophie very professionally whilst keeping her lovely sense of humour alongside her colleague Tiffany. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted by such knowledgeable and caring staff.

The staff are great and helped me book my Amsterdam trip with my friends. Definitely recommend.

Reece in hays travel was patient and very very helpful , he was brilliant .

Reece was so helpful in putting together a package holiday for us that included multiple cities and hotels. He has made everything coordinate perfectly, happily arranging adaptations where needed. I was impressed with how Reece checked in with every step of the process, and how quickly our itinerary was compiled at a price we were happy with.
