Making booking a holiday easy
Naiomi Listened to what I wanted then made sure my requirements were met with out any hassle. She made this booking seem so easy unlike my last booking (with another branch) I will be booking my other holidays with Naiomi. she is a credit to the Company.

Used this company twice.
I had to cancel my holiday which I had just taken out. It was a no deposit. They tried charging me over £300 which I had to dig my heals in and say no!
I believe other people could have fallen for this little stunt of theirs. This is why they get a 1 star.
Personally I will never use this company again !

The holiday was booked under the zero deposit campaign in which it does state on the paperwork that if cancelled the deposit would be due. This has been explained to you on various occasions. Great service
On entering the branch i was greeted by friendly staff who were very happy to help. Lots of help and advice regarding my holiday and they were very knowledgable regarding the hotels and area.
