Heswall Branch. Very helpful professional and personal service from Kate. Retailing unit exceptionally well presented and staff smart attractive uniforms. Displays merchandising and brochures all neat and orderly. Very welcoming.

As soon as you walk into the shop you are greeted with smiles from all the staff.

The Hayes employee (Paige) was one in training and she was absolutely fantastic. Listened to our requirements. She recommended places based to visit based on personal experience and was empathetic to why we’d choose the places and options we chose.
