We found a holiday on line. While down town we popped into premises and talked to Julie she was very helpful, she found us the holiday where we wanted to go and with the airline we wanted, she did everything for us so we had nothing to do, Brilliant service, we are very happy,

I booked another holiday for October 27 with Hays Travel, you get excellent customer service from booking, right through to flying, and always a good deal with often a few hundred pounds off. For us the shop is in Hartlepool a few minutes away very convenient.

Called in just to look for a brochure and ended up booking a holiday off our bucket list of many years Maddison was so good and very patient and spent a good few hours changing and rehashing things , in the end all booked and very very happy

Kirsty was very pleasant and efficient she went above and beyond to meet our requirements and gave us a very satisfactory booking. Kirsty and the gentleman in the currency booth also helped my friend by advising and ordering currency she needed.

Everything flowed so easily; from entering the shop to the quick and painless completion. We had noticed a special offer for a cruise in the window and realised quickly it was a deal we didn't want to miss. We had not used Hays Travel before or the actual cruise company but the combined experience of your various members of staff in store gave us the reassurance we needed to book immediately.
