The staff were really helpful found the holiday I wanted and help me put it on my phone and they gave me the paperwork which I always like to have. I don’t think I could’ve done it as quickly as she did it and I am very grateful to her

I have been going to Hays Travel in Hartlepool for nearly 3 years now and always receive excellent service. My first visit was rather daunting not knowing what kind of holiday l wanted being a senior citizen and also a solo traveller. I have just booked my ninth cruise and always see Darren who has been so professional but so helpful too making sure l have no worries about the holiday regarding paperwork and the currency for the places l travel to. I recommend Hays Travel to all of my friends.
