Staff very helpful and patient while choosing which hotel would be best for me. Also gave me many price options. I think the young woman who helped was called grace she was very helpful and gave information about the city and what sights to see.

This time we wanted to book two rooms for a family of five. We needed to keep the costs down and the lady assistant worked hard to find us the cheapest deal.
