Lovely girls
Lovely girls, they went out their way to help me book another holiday after my travel company went in to liquidation. They did their best to find me a suitable alternative so my grandson still had a magical Disney holiday. Much appreciated, the girls saved my day

Your agents were friendly and respectful. They listened to what we wanted and were knowledgeable in their recommendations. They were not pushy and sent us away with the information we needed to make good choices. They were efficient when we went back later to book our holiday.

We spoke with Victoria and she was SOO helpful, spent a couple weeks trying to decide on where to go for our honeymoon, and she gave us all the help we could of asked for, even the other workers there are friendly and polite, but we really appreciated Victoria's help she really knows what she's doing, with her experience and all the places shes been to in the world she really knows what shes talking about.
100% recommend Hays they really do help you and always friendly and I especially recommend Victoria 10/10

No 1 shop
Will only use the guys at Halesowen, they are the friendliest team ever met, always feel like you are with family in the shop.
Karen always looks after us, she knows us, what we like and has never failed us. We actually wait for her to be there before booking now, completely 100% trust her and her advice. Never leave Karen!!
