Spoke with Karen who was extremely pleasant and personable and who dealt with us very well. She discussed all our issues and found answers over the phone to put our holiday together. Only problem was peripher noise from other machines / telephones. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Great service.
We spoke to Chelsea and were very impressed at how quickly she was able to find a particular holiday we requested. It took a lot of stress and time out of trying to sort out the final details yourself. Great service.

I decided to go to Hays local office after we had spent hours trawling websites looking at holidays and going round in circles.
