Booked a holiday with the help and the knowledge of the young lady in Hay's in Formby. Her name was Olivia and she gave us some really helpful information about the destination and the flights.

Erin was amazing. she sorted my flights and foreign currency. most helpful, nothing too much trouble.

The staff were very helpful and if they didn't know the answer they said so and fou d out for us.

Excellent customer service. Whole booking took around 2 hours but that was entirely due to your employee having to wait on the phone for the other companies involved. She was patient, efficient and very helpful and reassuring. I couldn't have asked for better than the lovely Olivia in the Formby office.
