Great Customer Service and Experience
Katrina was very pleasant and helpful helping my friend and I to book our next holiday. We always use Hays for our bookings as all the staff are brilliant and they go above and beyond to make our visit to the shop a pleasant experience. Highly recommend Hays travel 💯

SAGA River Cruise
We wanted to book another SAGA river cruise, and didn't realise that Hay's could do this. Tilly in the Ellesmere Port shop sorted everything out for us - very efficiently and great smiles all through.

💯 will use again and again
We visited the store 13 months ago with a rough idea of where we wanted to go and and a list of 'living bucket list' ideas. Well JESS at hays travel made it come true! We had an amazing 12 days in the jungle in Mexico and have ticked off so many bucket list items. Jess took the time to listen to us and found the perfect resort. It worked out cheaper to stay for 12 days rather than 7 so we did! We wont be using anyone else now for our holdiays, the staff in Ellesmere port hays are all so friendly, helpful and offered support with my endless questions!

Staff are amazing
Staff are amazing, so helpful, happy , knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble , they went out of their way to find the holiday we were looking for.
Highly recommend all the ladies in Ellesmere Port branch, and because of the ladies being as good as they are, that’s why we should always use a travel agent!
