Very happy with the help received and a good outcome.
Hollie started the process of looking for the holiday type we wanted but told us she would hand over to a colleague as she had an appointment. Rebecca finished the process and was also very efficient. She had a lot of contact with the cruise company and made sure we booked everything we wanted.
