We had a basic idea for our holiday. Lorna put together a package linking the different elements for us. Her knowledge and previous experience were brilliant. And the price was fair. On phoning to confirm, Kerri confirmed the details and final invoices for us. She was also very helpful. Overall a great first experience for us with the Hays sales team.

We use hays travel frequently as staff are very friendly and helpful, spoke with Elise about where we wanted to go, and holiday was booked and all details printed out without any issues

Helpful and Friendly Experience
The staff are always so helpful and friendly. The staff member gave me confidence in my booking as she had stayed in the hotel we are going to which is always good to hear a good review from someone who has been there.
