I would never use any other company but Hays Travel - Douglas. From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted by the pleasant staff. I called into the branch last week and as I walked in the Branch Manager Sandy was just going for lunch. She done nothing more but turn around took her coat off and helped me with my enquiry ! I had the pleasure of Sandy booking my next Cruise this week and again she went above and beyond to find me the perfect Deck/Cabin etc. Your company should be so proud to have members of staff like Sandy, always helpful and approachable, a real credit to Hays! This is why I return again and again to book through you. Keep up the amazing work Sandy, you're a pleasure to deal with.

Great service, excellent value
We were immediately assisted by Louisa in the Douglas, Isle of Man branch : she was excellent. Louisa had personal and detailed knowledge of where we want to visit which made us reassured about our destination. All of our questions were answered and we felt very well cared for. Top marks !

Great service, excellent value.
We were assisted immediately and Louisa was an excellent advisor. Louisa had personal knowledge of our destination and was very helpful about every aspect of our planned holiday. Our chosen package is very good value and being able to fly from Liverpool is a big advantage for us. Personal service is an important factor and our experience was immeasurably better than booking a holiday online.

Louisa is friendly and helpful
Louisa is friendly and helpful. We had a general idea what we wanted for January 2026, and she found us a five star hotel with a beach-front location, sea view rooms and the board option we wanted, all at a really good price. She also gave some helpful tips about the location.
