Alison, who completed the booking for us, was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She looked at many different options for us, such as different dates, airports, Resorts and hotels, so we could make the best choice for our holiday within our budget. Ali was excellent, very informative and knowledgeable regarding my requirements, booking was straight forward and I'm already looking to book again with them, my holiday is 2 yrs away, but with low deposit and interest free monthly payments, it's easy to get a couple of bookings under your belt, we'll done Hays and thank you Ali 😊

All of the staff go out of their way to find what we are looking for with enthusiasm and a 😃. The best service they give for my husband and myself is that they print everything out for us and book us in online which we struggle to do. Wouldn't use any other travel agent.
