Smithford way coventry
Went to the smithfordway coventry store which is where I always go, as the staff there are so amazing! Rachael helped me find my dream safari holiday, she spent time exploring all the options available. After getting me the best package and deal available I booked, I love going to this store as they feel like family couldn't ask for better service.

Staff couldn't do enough,it was a shame they had to call to get pricing,but the phone lines are extremely busy
