Well, what can I say? I've booked my holidays here for many years. The staff are amazing, fantastic customer service. No pushy, sales. Always listens to what the client wants ten out of ten💯👍

Spoke to Hermione in store, I struggled to find holidays but after a brief conversation with her, I felt like a weight was lifted of my shoulders, I don’t know what I would’ve done if I was left to try and book online without in person expert knowledge. Hermione you are a star my kids are going to have a great holiday thanks to you. Credit to hays travel. See you next year

Staff always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and if they are unable to answer your question they make a call and get the answer.
Overall, we've had two pleasant experiences with Hays where they have advised and pointed us in the right direction....great job ladies....thanks.

Sylvia at our cleckheaton branch she is always so helpful, thinking about what we need. She always manages to get us just what we want she's friendly & knowledge about most places we've been interested in going to. Nothing is too much trouble for her to meet our needs. 5 star treatment.

The girl that dealt with our booking seemed a nice girl . We chose our holiday that came in at just over 900 pounds each as we started the booking process boom up it went to just over a thousand pounds each I think if there is a next time we won't be duped like that again . Where I used to book it never happened so seemed slightly odd . We accepted the girls answer as to why the holiday jumped up so much in price in less than a minute but we will be more careful in the future as to where we book our holidays.
