On the second day of messaging over messenger I managed to speak to a lady called Erin. She was brilliant and provided me with all the relevant information. Even when I was asking for a few adjustments.
I got sent a payment link as well then I didn't need to ring up the store to pay. It's a surprise trip for my children, so this was perfect at keeping the secret.

Cassie was 100%! Friendly and very informative. We went through some options until we found the right accommodation on our upcoming cruise.

Made an enquiry to chorley branch tried to book it in wigan my local shop told by telephone booking that I had to book my holiday through the chorley shop can understand why !

We called into Hays Travel as we were very frustrated trying to find a holiday online (our usual method of booking) and spent a couple of hours with Jade who helped us to narrow down our choices to 4 holidays (we are really choosy). We went away and reviewed the hotels and areas and settled on one of them going back in the following morning to book (followed by buying euros for our trip in 9 days time). The whole experience was very good and we were expertly looked after. We would definitely recommend using Hays Travel and will be doing so again.
