Booked several trips with Hays now and I can't fault them. Special shout out to Ruth whose own experience and recommendations on her own trips was very helpful.

Grace made booking a complicated holiday arrangement very easy.

Grace was amazing, took my many changes and rolled with it, never seeming annoyed ha ha.
She listened to all of our wants in a holiday and found us the perfect thing.
She also went in to investigate issues we had previously with a hire car company.

Despite having to change/update our quotation due to date changes, different airports etc. we always had a good response from Sarah to our plans.
