Booking my holiday was made very simple with your representative (Ashleigh ) she went above and beyond being helpful and informative.
I'm looking forward to the holiday being as excellent as the booking process.

Staff were very friendly and worked with us to taylor our holiday requirements. I was impressed thst the staff eorked really well with each other...excellent team work. Unfortunately, the staff knowledge of the area was limited so we had to checkout the reviews for the hotel and area ourselves.

It was a prearranged appointment. The agent was already aware of our requirments. This made for a smooth enjoyable experience

I arranged flights through Hays rather than look and pay online. I found their service good.

David was very helpful, as always, researching options available for our planned holiday to Lake Como in September

David was very helpful. He listened to what our preferences were and acted accordingly. He also gave us useful information on timings and took all the stress out of booking. He also booked the parking and hotel at the airport which again made life easier. He also responded when we told him about the incorrect opening times on the web.

Joshua as very polite and called back when said he would ,kept me updated as there was a delay in being able to finalise the booking payment as Disney were having tech issues. There was a slight issue as the dates of birth were incorrect on the paperwork but amended quickly and also my names Sam not Ben ,my sons Ben and I booked the trio for my son and daughter but that’s minor.All in all Joshua has done a great job as far as I can see at the moment.
