Local Hays Travel where my Mum lives. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. We have booked with Hays Chard many times. Thank you.

I popped into the branch and felt supported to find a suitable holiday and although wasn’t planning to book straight away, I did.
Thank you, it was exactly what I needed at this time and I will be returning.

The customer Service from the ladies in the Chard branch is outstanding. We have used Hayes, Chard on more than one occasion and each time the service has been exceptional. I would like to give a big shout out to Michele (Chard) for all her help in helping us arrange and finalising our 2027 holiday. Michele is a credit to Hayes, once again thank you 😊

we have used Hays for many holidays over the years,
our last visit to chard was WRT a saga trip next year
confirming insurance from saga the person we spoke to was having trouble logging on, and was not familiar
with saga,s built in insurance cover, which we had to do on the phone to saga. They told me that they would
contact saga and get back to us later that day,now 3 days later we are still waiting for confirmation .
If you are expecting a call from a service like this then
some follow up should happen,promptly.

Hayes travel personnel are more like friends to my husband and I. They do everything for us and make our passage to the holiday we have chosen smooth and worry free. Just booked another
Cruise on board the Arvia but asked for it to be processed through Hayes Travel in Chard because I know any worries we have as elderly travellers will be dealt with sympathetic.

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Tabi took our booking and couldn't have been more helpful. Tabi was delightful and put up with our endless chat. She was patient and looked up options for us to help us get the best deal. We were really impressed that she also did the parking booking as well as sorting out the travel insurance. We always use Hays Travel now after many years of booking online which was soooo time consuming and stressful. I would highly recommend Hays Travel who make the booking, easy, quick and in such a friendly atmosphere. Absolute top customer service! Thank you!

great service from Fern the person who sorted out our booking at your Chard branch of Hays Travel. Very patient with 2 elderly people, took time to listen to our requirements. Would recommend this branch to anyone wishing to buy a holiday.
