I booked a holiday with Michael and Carol at Hays Travel yesterday and couldn't be more impressed. Michael was very attentive, responsive, and genuinely interested in understanding what I was looking for in a holiday, ensuring that it suited my preferences and budget. I knew where I wanted to visit but didn’t know where to start when it came to choosing a hotel. Michael went above and beyond, offering recommendations based on his knowledge of the resort and where is reputable. Nothing was too much trouble either. I’ll definitely be using their services again.

I booked with Michael whilst on holiday and I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing! Michael is so knowledgeable I went to him with an idea and he absolutely went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best deal with all the extras! It couldn’t be much easier when booking with him! No going through call centres just a quick message and we were sorted! He gives multiple options within your budget so never the worry anything is out of the price range.
