I visited the shop to obtain a quote for a cruise to celebrate my Son's upcoming 21st birthday
I visited the shop to find out about a cruise I saw online. I wanted a quote as we are planning to celebrate my sons 21st birthday. Bailey the agent was very helpful in the information he shared telling my all about the travel details, what's on board, excursions, prices, deposits as a first time cruiser. He printed out the quote so I could go ahead and think about it. I felt Bailey gave my the confidence and knowledge to book. I returned not long later to book, Bailey showed me a video of the cruise and talked about the process. I booked, he helped my set up the app to view my booking and advised there are several payments options I can consider. Bailey was friendly, knowledge and polite. The whole transaction ran smoothly and I received my documents via email and through the app. Bailey made the experience feel very easy. I didn't have to wait to speak to someone, the shop was warm and welcoming.

Hays Travel Caerphilly, Bailey is a star
Myself and 3 friends wanted to book a holiday but not online, we wanted a personal touch so visited Hays Travel.
On entering we were met by Bailey. He was friendly and patient because we weren’t sure what we wanted. He had great knowledge about a lot of places we were suggesting. He noted what we were looking for and searched so many resorts according to our preferences.
We were very excited and a bit loud but Bailey took it all in his stride and gave us a feeling of being safe with the options we were being shown.
He did not push anything on us.
After an extensive search and well over an hour we booked our holiday.
Bailey explained everything very thoroughly and offered that we could contact him anytime if we had any questions.
We left there feeling very happy and excited.
Thank you Bailey, you deserve a medal dealing with 4 batty older ladies.

I cannot fault level of service I received from all the staff in Hays Caerphilly. Bailey and every single member of his team are so helpful. They make sure you have right holiday for you. This is reason even though there is a Tui shop right next door the Hays in Caerphilly is only.one I will use brilliant customer service from start to finish .

Last minute mini break.
My son and myself went in to the shop to book a last minute mini break. Was greeted as soon as we walked in. With in 30 minutes we had booked, paid for and had our boarding passes for Barcelona. Great customer service, our travel agent was called Charlotte who was training a apprentice called ffion. Both were helpful and knowledgeable. Also had it for a great price.
