From initial contact and our basic enquiry, Vikky could not have been more helpful or resourceful in finding exactly the Canadian trip we wanted but didn't know where to begin.
So professional in arranging the holiday with local flights and guiding us through different insurance options.
Our first trip abroad in a long time and so very happy we choose Hays and Vikky, a credit to the business.

Great communication and customer services.
Great communication with travel agent Trisha. We told her exactly what we want and she found the perfect holiday. Very understanding of are needs for the holiday and never felt rushed at any point of the booking process. Customer service was excellent.

Holiday booking for new year
Went in for some information on a holiday to Morocco for new year and walked out very pleased with the service I received. Very helpful on local activities and hotels to choose from. Would highly recommend.
