Been there for many years also redditch but staff are absolutely amazing help with all my needs and never no trouble polite all ways I never go any where else for my cruises 🚢

The person I spoke to was very helpful in looking at various options for the holiday I wanted to book, and was knowledgeable about exploring different things.

The service is excellent, they have always found what we have asked for including good value.
The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile for you.

From the moment we entered the door nothing was any trouble for all the staff. Very professional and everybody had a smile. We got sorted in no time booked and paid for a holiday all sorted just as we wanted. Mind you we do come here every year for both our holidays each year.

I tried to book my flights on line which turned into a nightmare.

I went to my local Hays Travel and everything was all sorted, booked and paid for in about 10 minutes.

The staff was very helpful, listened to my requirement and was able to help in a very efficient kindly manner.

I will never try and book flights myself again, but always use my local Hays Travel (Bromsgrove).

I went into Hayes travel to enquire about flights from Birmingham to Dublin in July as I plan to visit a good friend there for a few days.
Hannah was the lady who helped me she was very friendly and was very efficient, she very quickly gave me some options to consider. I returned another day to explore more options & again Hannah was very informative. After confirming the details with my friend I was then able to phone and book the flights over the phone the following day. I received an email/receipt straight away,so I was impressed

I spoke to Andrew initially and he was very knowledgeable about resorts which fit my requirements. He equipped me with some information, which I took away to read. I returned the following day to book and spoke to Hannah, who was incredibly professional and reassuring and she talked me through the booking process. Other members of staff in the branch were also very friendly and knowledgable.
