Katie the Hays agent was friendly and helpful throughout and took her time going through all the options. No pressure on us whatsoever which is always a bonus. We booked a cruise with our older sister who has never been cruising before. She is a single traveller and Katie was very patient and helpful.

So very helpful
We went to Hays just to make enquiries on a holiday. The young lady we saw was extremely helpful. We ended up booking a holiday, no pressure applied by the lady, our decision completely but thought it was better to book now rather later.

It was my first experience with Hayes travel but everything was explained in detail. Amanda was so polite helpful and explained all I needed to know and more. Just a little shock when extra money was added on by the end of my fare all good.

Extremely friendly helpful staff
Extremely friendly helpful staff. We had lots of questions and Jane was extremely knowledgeable and gave us good advice. Booking process was extremely easy and we were given several payment options. I've never booked with Hayes before but can highly recommend. Great communication and looking forward to our holiday next year.
