Hays provided a friendly complete service.
Hays provided a complete service so we did not have to think of anything to do to prepare for our holiday. Although we booked a Tui holiday, Hays could have offered other additional hotels if needed.
We received a friendly and thorough service from Lilly at the Boscombe branch.
