We were having problems booking ourselves with connecting flights & Luggage but Wayne from Hays Travel sorted all our holiday destinations out came in early the next day to confirm everything as the booking agency was closed for bank holiday we found Wayne so helpful and very friendly he has excellent customer service skills thankyou Wayne 😊👍

The whole experience was stress free
The whole experience was stress free, the young ladys name was India. She was an absolute star and never pressured me in any way. My friends usually book on line and do everything separately but I found it was know more expensive with your company and took the pressure off me x thanks to India. 😀
