First solo holiday
I was there to book my first solo holiday.Penelope who booked my holiday was helpful engaging and made me feel at ease.She gave good advice about making sure I have my travel insurance and anything else I will needed.For instance when I need my currency they will give me a good rate.She made the whole experience an absolute joy.Thank you Penelope.

Excellent service and friendly staff
We walked in to Hays Travel in the town and we were greeted by the friendly and smiley staff. Abigail was very helpful and answered all our queries. Excellent service! Highly recommended!
