First class service.
Excellent service from Gemma. She found us exactly what we were looking for by guiding us through the vast amount of products on offer.Nothing was too much for her and she was very professional.The rest of the girls were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Wouldn't go anywhere else to book a holiday, first class.

Friendly and attentive
Booked our holiday through Atherlie and she was brilliant at pulling together the holiday we needed for our first holiday abroad with our youngest 2 kids. Great communication and didn’t take long to sort out at all!

River Cruise booking
My friend and I recently chose a river cruise we would like to go on. Preferring to book through an agent rather than the internet. I contacted Hays Travel Billingham as I have had dealt with that office in the past and been very satisfied. This latest experience was no exception and my request was dealt with very efficiently and I booked that same morning. Paid securely and follow-up documents were sent via email. Hassle free and very satisfied as a customer.

Best Hays Travel Branch - 5 star service every time
Have been using Hays Travel - Bilingham for years. The girls have always listened to what we are looking for in a holiday and always find us amazing deals for our holidays.
Recently our Caribbean Cruise had to be cancelled and another to Crete also needed to be cancelled due to a family injury. We called into branch and Charlotte and Gemma works together to move our Crete holiday to later in the year, we are now going to Tenerife instead to an amazing hotel and we were even able to rebook our Caribbean Cruise for next year on another Hays Exclusive. The team at Hays Travel - Billingham are an absolute asset to the company. Wouldn’t use another branch for our holidays
