It was a breathe of fresh air to deal with a person direly in a travel shop who was knowledgeable and helpful and who actually cared about providing good service. It was good to know that good old fashioned customer service and focus still mean something in a world of endless online bookings and passwords. We are very pleased, Jaci is very good at her job and knows what we want and so we always get everything we want in a holiday .
