The holiday sales assistant search our requirements and got us a cruise that we were looking for. We had the intention to book for the Norwegian fjords and had set a price limit among us.
She was pleasant, conversed really good ,well mannered and didn't rush us.
Our service with Hays travel went very well.

I got a great deal on my Norway cruise saving me a couple of hundred pounds. All my booking needs were dealt with. Very happy

This is the third holiday we have booked through Hays Travel - Barnsley. Each time the booking process and the staff (Katie) have been extremely helpful. As well a getting us the holiday we want at a good price, Katie has offered us lots of helpful tips for the places we are visiting.

We went in store in the Alhambra Centre and were greeted by Corrine, she was absolutely lovely, really friendly and professional, going through a few holidays for us to find something suitable. We went home to ponder on it and then went back in to book. We saw Corrine again and once again, she was lovely, very warm and friendly. We will happily book through Hays again. Unfortunately TUI let us down badly with a 6.5 hour delay on our outbound flight, meaning we missed the first day of our holiday. Hays were fab though.

Visited Hays Travel in Barnsley yesterday hoping to book a holiday for next May & I saw Doulla. All the staff in the Barnsley store are friendly & helpful & I book all my holidays there & I also get my Euros from there too as they always have a great rate. Doulla was brilliant & very helpful as always & my holiday for next May is booked.

Attention to detail, listening and knowing what we wanted made it easy for us (maybe not so much for Corrine 😁) Corrine was not at all phased with any of our needs/suggestions. She was a star.

Quick and easy booking ,Maddison was very good at her job ,very pleasant and informative ,we hope to see her soon for another holiday .

The service we received from Terri was second to none. She deserves more than a five star rating. We asked her to find us an available cruise with an accessible cabin and the need of an evacuation chair as my wife is a wheelchair user. She put her skills in practice and after some searching she did exactly that. Thank you Terri
